In order to calculate a website value, we are taking into account two key elements:

Traffic - It's a well known fact that higher traffic means higher revenue, it's as simple as that. High trafficked websites will be worth a lot more than low trafficked ones.

Topic – Different websites cover different topics. Some topics worth more than the others (e.g. a web hosting sitewill be worth more per visitor than an online flash games website).

Combining these two elements can give us a good estimation about a website value and this is exactly, what our calculator does.
